Referral Partners

Professional Recovery Housing Built for Stronger Partnerships.

Case managers, discharge planners, families, and community professionals often struggle to find safe, structured step-down housing for individuals who are committed to recovery but are not yet prepared to return to an unstructured or unstable living environment. Harborstone exists to close that gap. First homes open soon, and inquiries are open now.

Limited Step-Down Housing

The challenge

Appropriate housing may be unavailable, difficult to evaluate, or unable to provide the structure an individual needs after leaving treatment or another supportive setting.

Harborstone's response

Professionally managed, recovery-focused homes with clear expectations, consistent accountability, and a culture centered on stability and growth.

Unstable Living Environments

The challenge

Returning to an unsafe, isolating, or substance-exposed environment can place progress at risk.

Harborstone's response

A substance-free residential environment built around healthy routines, positive peer connection, personal responsibility, and mutual respect.

Loss of Structure

The challenge

Individuals may leave a highly structured setting without the routines and accountability needed to support their next stage of recovery.

Harborstone's response

House meetings, curfews, testing, peer-support participation, productive-activity expectations, and regular accountability check-ins.

Difficult Placement Coordination

The challenge

Referral professionals need clear criteria, responsive communication, and a straightforward process when exploring housing options.

Harborstone's response

A professional inquiry process, defined expectations, individualized screening, and timely communication regarding next steps.
